EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

iPay Holding is the digital innovation arm of the Inteltec Group. We accelerate the growth of best of breed solutions targeted towards the ICT, Mobile Money, E-commerce, Retail and Public Sectors in the region. There is also a division of iPay dedicated towards seeding and incubating in-house projects and majority-owned startup investments. We are a young and dynamic organization leading the development of Smart VAS, Mobile Money, Retail and Hospitality and Digital Innovation projects across the MENA region. As a business accelerator for both new business startups and distribution partnerships with international telecom service providers we drive the incubation, launch and operational execution of ventures across GCC and Africa.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Sr. Technical Product Manager at iPay will undertake the following responsibilities.

• Drive key prioritization decisions and take ownership of the product vision as it relates to third-party integrations, our client-facing API, and connectivity-related enhancements across our product suite.
• Align our API & Integrations strategy with our segment-specific product roadmaps and iPay broader strategic objectives.
• Develop a deep understanding of client use cases to identify creative, thoughtful solutions.
• Work closely with a best-in-class Engineering team to deliver high-quality product features in a timely and efficient manner.
• Become an expert in our API & Integrations functionality, with total knowledge of the ‘what, why, and how.’
• Use your expertise to articulate our product vision and support adoption of new features as they are deployed.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
• At least 10 years of professional product management or related technology experience, with a focus in third-party integrations specifically in payments and shipping and logistics companies, data connectivity, and/or enterprise API management.
• Strong technical background in the API space, with strong related coding experience
• Experience with financial data sets and settlements
• Experience crafting business requirements, scoping documents, and technical specifications.
• Great communication skills and an ability to tailor your messaging to engage various stakeholders.
• An ability to effectively engage with clients and professionals to distill stakeholder needs and incorporate end-user feedback.
• An ability to efficiently prioritize, triage, and synthesize multiple perspectives.
• Experience of working in finance and / or payments is required.
• Familiarity with API tools such as Postman, Insomnia, SoapUI or similar application

• Strong working knowledge of relevant flowchart applications such as Visio.
