Telesales Executive (FNL)

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

iPay Holding is the digital innovation arm of the Inteltec Group. We accelerate the growth of best of breed solutions targeted towards the ICT, Mobile Money, E-commerce, Retail and Public Sectors in the region. There is also a division of iPay dedicated towards seeding and incubating in-house projects and majority-owned startup investments. We are a young and dynamic organization leading the development of Smart VAS, Mobile Money, Retail and Hospitality and Digital Innovation projects across the MENA region. As a business accelerator for both new business startups and distribution partnerships with international telecom service providers we drive the incubation, launch and operational execution of ventures across GCC and Africa.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Telesales Executive (FNL) at iPay will undertake the following responsibilities.

  • Produce new sales by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options.
  • Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve using your products.
  • New lead generates through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships and Customer referrals.
  • Meet sales targets, develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support.
  • Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close
  • Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information.
  • Mentor team members and teach improved processes in order to enhance staff accomplishments.
  • Register calls and Opportunities on CRM
  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Providing information to customers.
  • Monitoring sales performance.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Proven experience as Tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role (Telecom Experience Only).
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and Cisco telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
